How does the Refer & Earn work?

It’s simple. All you must do is log in and start sharing your referral code with people you know who are looking to rent a home and fill in a form to refer home owners who are looking to rent out their home

Can I refer anyone or just friends?

You can refer anyone under the sun. Even if it’s someone you met while sharing a cab and barely know! Just make sure you have their details so you can share your code. Remember, Serendipity is just a movie!

Is there a limit on number of people I can refer?

Is there a limit on how much money you’d like to have in your bank account? Or number of holidays you’d like to take? Or number of times you’d like to go shopping? Thought so!

Great, so when do I see the money?

You see the money soon after your referred tenant completes 30 days of stay with MSA. When it comes to home-owners, you receive the money once the owner signs the agreement with us.

How long does it take for the money to come after a successful handshake?

How long does it take to say “Dear Sir, I’d like to buy a ticket to a Movie”?

I’ve registered, now how do I share my Referral Code?

Now you can shout out loud and make everyone listen. Or you could be slightly sophisticated and share your referral code over Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp SMS or Email. Pro-tip: You can share your referral code on the various groups on social media that cater to helping people find a home or roommate.

I have a referral code from a friend, how do I use it?

Enter the referral code when you sign up on www.monitorsecurityagency.com - property management services or you can also apply it when booking a house (this is only applicable if you have not scheduled any visits previously).

Why is my friend not able to use my referral code?

Referral codes are valid for new users only. Make sure your friend uses your referral code when they sign up on www.monitorsecurityagency.com. The offer will then be auto-applied whenever they book.

• MSA employees are not eligible for this Cash Referral Program.
• Referrer will get Rs. 1000 for each referral.
• Referrer’s friend will get 2000 credits (if their booking is made on or after 22nd December 2018) and 500 credits (if their booking was made before 22nd December 2018) in their account after completing 30 days of stay with property managed by monitor security agency’s property management services.
• Referrer's friend must apply the referral code at the time of sign up on monitorsecurityagency.com or at the time booking provided they have not scheduled any visits previously.
• Referrer authorizes MSA to deposit all or any amount to the bank account details as provided by Referrer to MSA and unequivocally agrees to indemnify MSA from all liabilities arising out of or in connection with the transfer of any amount to such bank account.
• The amount for Referrer is subject to deduction of applicable taxes.
• Referrer will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes on such amount/ income.
• Referrer needs to refer at least 2 friends to MSA to get referral rewards.
• Both the Referrer and Referee are required to stay for a minimum period of 30 Days with MSA managed property after the referral for either of them to get the referral rewards.
• Referrer can refer as many friends as he/she wants.
• Referrers who are homeowners cannot refer their own properties.
• If Referrer is also a tenant of property managed by MSA, the referrer will receive the reward as MSA credits on their dashboard.
• The terms and conditions of this program can be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Monitor Security Agency.
• Monitor Security Agency can terminate this program any time at its sole discretion.

Bonus Period (starting from 1st September 2018) Terms & Conditions

• Referrers are eligible for the following additional rewards:
• First 20 Referrers will be rewarded with a MacBook Air on successfully referring 8 tenants to MSA.
• First 50 Referrers will be rewarded with Canon EOS 1300D on successfully referring 5 tenants to MSA.
• First 100 Referrers will be rewarded with Amazon Gift Card worth INR 5,000 on successfully referring 3 tenants to MSA.
• The above rewards are valid starting from 1st September 2018.
• The above rewards will be distributed to eligible referrers post 15th March 2019.
• Total rewards to be won are limited to 20 MacBook Airs, 50 Canon EOS 1300Ds and 100 Amazon Gift Cards worth INR 5,000.
• All winners are eligible for only one of the above three rewards depending on the criteria they fulfill.
